1. Display Warranty
Strictly no warranty on the display of any quality (touch issues, lines, spots, brightness, color problems, flicker, breakage, etc.), unless the customer has specifically purchased a display warranty separately.
2. Other Parts Warranty
All repaired/replaced parts (except display) carry a 24-hour check warranty only. This warranty covers issues that arise directly due to the repair work done, not due to any subsequent misuse or damage.
3. No Physical, Accidental, or Liquid Damage Warranty
Warranty is void in case of physical damage, accidental damage, bending, cracks, pressure damage, or liquid damage after repair. Please handle your device with care post-repair.
4. Previous Repairs / Hidden Issues
If the phone has been previously repaired, opened, or damaged (water/physical), CanyFix is not responsible for any hidden, side, or future issues that may arise, including defects related to prior repairs.
5. Data & Accessories
Please ensure to remove all SIM cards, memory cards, and accessories before submitting your device. CanyFix is not responsible for any data or accessories left inside the device.
6. Delivery Time
Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on the availability of parts. We will inform you promptly in case of any delays.
7. Uncollected Devices
Devices not collected within 21 days of notification will no longer be CanyFix’s responsibility and may be disposed of or recycled.
8. Customer Agreement
By submitting your device for repair, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to abide by the conditions outlined above.
9. Warranty Duration
All repairs come with a 30-day no-questions-asked warranty, provided all verification steps are completed. If any steps are skipped or missed, the warranty will be void. Please ensure all checks are performed as instructed.
10. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damages caused by water, physical impact, or any other external factors that are beyond our control. Additionally, warranty claims based on false statements, non-transferability of the warranty, or neglectful misuse are not accepted.
11. Non-Transferability
The warranty provided is non-transferable. Only the original customer who submitted the device for repair can make a warranty claim. No third parties are eligible for warranty claims.
12. False Statements
Any false statements or misrepresentations made by the customer during the repair process will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty. We encourage honesty and transparency for a smooth repair process.
