1. Canyfix operates as a marketplace platform connecting Users with Third-Party Providers. Canyfix is not directly involved in the provision of repair services and does not control the quality, timeliness, or legality of the services provided by Third-Party Providers. Canyfix is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between Users and Third-Party Providers, who are solely responsible for their services, warranties, and representations.

2. Permitted Use and Compliance with Laws. Canyfix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Canyfix Property (including all content and software) solely for the purpose of using the Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; (b) engage in systematic data retrieval or content extraction; (c) modify, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit the Canyfix Property without express written consent from Badki Solutions Pvt Ltd; (d) use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (e) transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or to engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Site or Services.

Canyfix is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by Third-Party Providers, including pricing, service descriptions, and terms of service. Any reliance on Third-Party Information is at your own risk.

5. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites ("Third-Party Sites"). Canyfix provides these links for convenience only and does not endorse or control Third-Party Sites. Canyfix is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of Third-Party Sites, and your use of Third-Party Sites is at your own risk. 7. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for providing accurate information when using the Canyfix platform. This includes contact details, device information, and repair requests. Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. Any misuse of the platform, including providing false information or attempting to circumvent security measures, may result in termination of the user's account. Canyfix is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the user's failure to comply with these responsibilities.
