About the Battery

  • CANYFIX uses Premium OEM-Quality iPhone Batteries designed to deliver performance comparable to the original battery.
  • This battery is NOT manufactured by Apple and is not an Apple Genuine Part.

Standard Warranty (Included)

Every battery replacement comes with a 6-Month Standard Warranty from the date of installation.

Optional Lifetime Warranty

Customers who purchase the Lifetime Warranty Plan are eligible for battery replacement throughout the lifetime of the device, subject to the terms and conditions below.

  • The Lifetime Warranty can be applied a maximum of three times for replacement or servicing during the lifetime of the device.

What is Covered?

Standard 6-Month Warranty

The battery may be replaced free of charge if, after inspection by CANYFIX, it is found to have:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Abnormally high battery drain caused by a battery-related defect.
  • Other battery-related performance defects verified by CANYFIX.

Lifetime Warranty

In addition to the above, the Lifetime Warranty also covers:

  • Battery swelling.
  • Accidental physical damage affecting the battery only if, after inspection by CANYFIX, the device is:
    • Safe to repair.
    • Technically repairable.

What is NOT Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal battery ageing.
  • Minor reduction in battery backup over time.
  • Minor battery drain due to regular usage.
  • Requests to replace the battery without a genuine battery-related issue.
  • Water or liquid damage (under the Standard Warranty).
  • Physical or accidental damage (under the Standard Warranty).
  • Devices that are heavily damaged, unsafe to repair, or technically non-repairable.
  • Any issue unrelated to the battery.

Battery Performance

Battery performance naturally reduces over time.

A warranty replacement will not be provided for normal battery ageing or slight reduction in battery backup.

Replacement will only be approved if CANYFIX verifies that the battery has a genuine manufacturing or performance-related defect or is experiencing abnormally high battery drain beyond normal usage.

The final decision regarding warranty eligibility will be based on CANYFIX's inspection and diagnostic results.

Other Device Issues

This warranty applies only to the battery installed by CANYFIX.

CANYFIX is responsible only for battery-related issues.

Existing or newly discovered issues involving any other component—including but not limited to the display, motherboard, charging port, Face ID, camera, speaker, microphone, buttons, sensors, software, or any other hardware component—are not covered under this warranty.

Some hidden faults may only become visible after opening or testing the device. If any additional issue is found, our technician will inform you before carrying out any further repair.

Warranty Claim Process

  • Warranty claims must be made by visiting any CANYFIX Store.
  • Every warranty claim is subject to inspection and verification by CANYFIX.
  • If approved, the battery will be replaced according to the applicable warranty plan.

General Terms

  • Warranty is valid only for the original device in which the battery was installed.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Warranty becomes void if the battery or its connections have been tampered with or repaired by any unauthorized person before inspection by CANYFIX.
  • CANYFIX reserves the right to inspect, diagnose, approve, or reject any warranty claim based on the condition of the battery and device.
  • By proceeding with the battery replacement, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
