The website (www.canyfix.com) under the name and style ‘CanyFix’ and the mobile applications (the “Platform”) is owned, operated and made available by Badki Solutions Private Limited, having CIN U95299MH2025PTC443254, with its office at Kalyan, Maharashtra 421306 (hereinafter, referred to as “CanyFix” or “Company” which term shall include its assignees and/or successors-in-interest).

22. Scope of Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy practices of CanyFix with respect to the usage of the Platform and the services offered through the Platform. This Privacy Policy specifies the manner in which personal information and other information is collected, received, stored, processed, disclosed, transferred, dealt with or otherwise handled by the Company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party through the Platform, and any third-party sites that You access or use in connection with the Services offered on the Platform. 33. Camera and Video Diagnosis Permissions

To provide high-quality services, CanyFix requires access to your device camera and video capabilities. This is used for: (i) Updating Booking Status: Technicians may capture images or videos of the items (mobile phones, laptops, or home fixtures) before and after the service to document condition and work performed; (ii) Video Diagnosis: Our experts may conduct real-time video calls with you to perform preliminary diagnosis, troubleshoot issues, and provide instant estimates. This is essential for our ‘Free Video Diagnosis’ feature. By using our Platform, you expressly consent to such camera and video access for these specific service-related purposes.

44. Collection of Information

We may collect and process information from you, through your use of the Platform, or which is provided to us. This includes Personal Information provided at the time of registration or availing Services: name, address, details of residence, phone number, sex, and/or email address, and payment related details. We may also collect certain non-personal information, such as IP address, operating system, browser type, and cookie information, which will not identify you specifically. If you choose to message us or leave us feedback, we will collect and store such information you provide to Us to resolve disputes, provide customer support, and improve the platform.

55. Use of Collected Information

CanyFix may use your Information to: (i) identify and reach you; (ii) help provide the Platform and Services (Mobile Repair for all models, Home Service Repair for on-demand electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, and specific Laptop repairs); (iii) observe, improve and administer the quality of Service; (iv) facilitate processing of Fee payment; (v) analyze how the Platform is used and/or diagnose and resolve technical problems; (vi) confirm your identity and eligibility; (vii) detect, prevent and protect us from any errors, fraud and other criminal activity.

66. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small portions of information saved by your browser onto your computer/mobile. Cookies are used to record various aspects of your visit and assist CanyFix to provide you with uninterrupted service. We may use information collected from our Cookies to identify User behavior and to serve content and offers based on your profile. You may decline to submit any Personal Information through the Platform, in which case certain features of the Platform may not be available to you.

77. Sharing of Information

We may disclose your Information to our affiliates, personnel, employees, Experts and consultants for provision of Services. We may also share Information with external organizations or individuals if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (b) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of CanyFix, our customers, the Experts or the public. Targeted Advertising: You expressly acknowledge and agree that we may also share or transfer your Information to third-party service providers to optimize and display advertisements based on your preferences.

88. Security and Data Retention

CanyFix has put in place necessary security practices and procedures to safeguard and secure your Information. While we use commercially reasonable precautions, you accept the inherent security implications of data transmission over the internet. Your Personal Information will be retained as needed to provide Services to you. We shall not retain Personal Information longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
